Women's Health Champion
Lucy Stephenson represents St Mary, St Ouen and St Peter in Jersey’s States Assembly and regularly uses her platform to champion women’s health politically and in the wider community. Among her professional roles she is a member of the Health and Social Security Scrutiny Panel, which has taken a proactive stance on women’s health and recently held a special public hearing with the Health Minister and team on the subject.
A former journalist, Lucy is a founding board member of infertility support charity Tiny Seeds - a role which is informed by her personal experience of secondary infertility and IVF treatment.
In 2024 Lucy successfully took a proposition to the States Assembly to improve publicly-funded access to IVF treatment. Although a big step in the right direction, further improvements are still needed and she continues to campaign and work in this area.
Women's Health Advocate & Educator
Trudi Roscouet is the founder of Eve Studios, a pioneering women's fitness and wellbeing hub based in Jersey, Channel Islands. Originally from a successful finance career,
Trudi transitioned in 2010 to retrain as a Personal Trainer in the UK, specialising in women’s and children’s fitness and obesity.
Her own experience with menopause in 2019 reshaped her mission—to educate, empower, and elevate conversations around women’s health, not only for women but for everyone. Today, she works with individuals, couples, and organisations across Jersey, the UK, Gibraltar, Spain, and the Isle of Man.
Trudi holds a Diploma in Public Health and Wellbeing, is a qualified Menopause Wellbeing Coach, and a member of the International Menopause Society. She contributes regularly to Menopause Matters magazine and is a member of the Menopause Mandate, working alongside policymakers including the first UK Menopause Tsar, Helen Tomlinson.
In 2023, she was named the Soroptimist Inspirational Woman of the Year, recognizing her bold and compassionate leadership in women’s health.
Wellbeing Consultant & Nutritionist
Jessica Pinel is a women’s health and fertility nutritionist. She supports women living with endo to reduce pain, optimise their hormones, and regain control over their health through personalised, evidence-based nutrition. Jessica helps women identify dietary triggers, support gut health, reduce inflammation, and make sustainable lifestyle changes that ease daily symptoms and improve long-term wellbeing. Whether someone is newly diagnosed or has been navigating endo for years, Jessica offers compassionate, practical guidance to help them reconnect with their bodies and feel empowered on their journey.
Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist
Fiona studied medicine at the University of Edinburgh where she combined her academic studies with leading the University Symphony Orchestra and being deputy leader of the University Chamber Orchestra. Fiona graduated MB ChB from the University of Edinburgh in 1992 and worked as a junior doctor in Edinburgh, the Borders, Jersey and Southampton. Whilst working as a research fellow in Edinburgh she became interested in medico-legal matters and obtained an M.Phil in Medical Law and Ethics from the University of Glasgow in 1998.
In 1999 Fiona commenced postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology on the South-East Scotland rotation which was centred at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
In 2002 Fiona was awarded the Gold Medal for the highest mark in the international MRCOG examination (membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists).
Fiona’s other qualifications include the DFFP (diploma in family planning) in 2002, RCOG/RCR diploma (advanced obstetric ultrasound) in 2004, BSCCP accreditation (colposcopy) in 2005, IPM diploma (psychosexual counselling) in 2006, and diploma in endoscopic surgery with distinction from the University of Surrey in 2013.
Fiona moved to Jersey in 2004 to commence her post as a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at Jersey General Hospital, becoming the first female consultant in obstetrics and gynaecology in Jersey. Fiona has an interest in pelvic pain, menstrual disorders, hormone problems, psychosexual medicine, reproductive problems, sexual health, unplanned pregnancies and contraception, menopause, HRT and cervical screening. Other areas of interest include ultrasound scanning in both obstetrics and gynaecology, fetal medicine, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic (‘keyhole’) surgery, colposcopy for cervical abnormalities and medical education.

Rebecca Bailey has turned years of battling stage 4 endometriosis into unwavering advocacy-shattering stigma, promoting early diagnosis, and pushing for better care. After undergoing a complex excision surgery herself, she now uses her platform to educate others about the importance of specialist treatment. A trusted voice in the community, Rebecca has shared her story on the news and across social media, helping to bring clarity and visibility to one of the most misunderstood diseases affecting women today.
